I have left-over bone-in Turkey breast. I put it in my smaller crockpot. I added everything except the minced ginger....and most of my herbs are dried. I had some Rosemary from my patio garden pot that didn't die in the freeze last week. It's still fragrant. .....I added the dried herbs. Should I add dried ginger powder ?

I’m an acupuncturist. I have never heard of using that many needles at once. The blood rushes to your pace and temporarily plumps the skin. It does relax the muscles, but I personally think that is too intense. 20-30 is standard.

You do not know who I am, but your words to me, your newfound viewer, have spoken to me and told me the things needed to hear. I will acknowledge and honor the feelings that give me grief. I will appreciate the finality of life and not waste time. I will enjoy the moments as unbothered as possible, and when things get worse, I will do my best to move forward each day, being grateful for my mom’s presence while she is here. I know you mentioned candidly that you might not have even posted this, given the nature of the tutorial and how you got real and were brave enough to share with us the reason you had been upset enough to want to not let the signs of such emotion show on your face, but your words being there for me in this moment was the most valuable thing I could ever ask for in such a video. I looked up how to fix my face after crying, and I came upon how to fix my outlook on life. You are strong and wise, and thank you for sharing your sage and pertinent words with me. God bless you. ❤

You don't need to add anything to the bone broth if you don't want to for it to still taste good. It won't just be meat water as you say it may have less taste but it still has the gelatin in it.
