Hello
Hello!
But I can’t because my mum has settings where I can’t call unknown numbers.
Hi, there are different was to contact Childline. As well as calling, the counsellors are there in online chat called 1-2-1 where you type to them and can also send them email via Childline. Chat and email work from a Childline account you can set up on the website - www.childline.org.uk That should work on any device in the UK and some young people use places like school or a friend's house to use Childline too. The website has lots of info and advice too on so many different issues and different ways to have support from other young people.

when I was in year 3 , my cousin found out she was significantly going deaf I wrote a heartfelt letter to my teacher at that time and nothing was done (I asked if we could learn bsl in school ) . I left last year ...they are teaching my younger siblings some signs now so I really grateful for that .I'm still learning bsl and will continue to because I'd like to be able to communicate with everyone around me no matter what
“Your beauty never really scared me..”

I ❤ childline
My parents are toxic and social services is taking too long- I don’t know how much longer I can handle this :( texting off my mums work phone because the only device I’m allowed is a Nokia
Hi there, you can always contact the Childline counsellors about everything you are dealing with. You can chat online by typing in a 1-2-1 chat and also by sending email to Childline - both of these work from an account you can set up on the Childline website www.childline.org.uk Some people use places like school computers to do that if their phone maybe doesn't support access. You can also always call 0800 1111 for free and it doesn't need any credit. Again, some people use times when they are not at home if that makes it easier to call. The counsellors can listen to what is happening and support you as well as talk more about what people like social services can do.
Hi! I’m a student in a middle school right now, I don’t really want to call your number because, well- I’m stressed, I don’t really feel comfortable calling anyone because my parents would get concerned, and the only reason I want to call is because I feel stressed at school, I’m going to Yr 8 in around 30-40 days and I’m scared that I might not be able to pass tests, I have no place to secretly call someone and not let my parents know, any advice for that? :(
Hi, feeling stressed at school and about things in school can be really overwhelming. But it's also really natural and Childline supports lots of young people who feel like this. There are lots of ways to have that support - there is info and advice on the website about school and tests www.childline.org.uk/info-advice/school-college-and-work/school-college/. And you can message other young people on the message boards, a place where everyone supports each other and it can be a really good place to find out how others cope and manage when they feel this way - www.childline.org.uk/get-support/message-boards/ And the counsellors are always there - you can talk online to them in 1-2-1 chat (typing) and Childline email, so no one will hear you calling - www.childline.org.uk/get-support/
Jazzy, I have not heard from you in a while like few years. I remember you signs BSL with the song “Roar” I love your BSL. I watched that video few times and some others too. I can’t remember what it was. I’m hoping you could come back in CZcams. I thought you left cuz I saw your leg with some cast on. I’m not sure what you were using it. Anyway I hope you’re doing well so far. I learned some of BSL.
I've been trying to use the 1-2-1 chat, but it won't let me type a message in. Any suggestions?? ❤
Hi there, can we check if this is still happening when you try to type?
What happens if I do call childline?
Hi, when you call, you will hear some options - press 1 to find out how Childline works, press 2 to find out more about the other ways Childline can support and press 3 to talk to a counsellor. If no option is chosen, you should hear an automated reply letting you know Childline is a safe place to talk about anything at all. And when you get through to a counsellor, they'll usually say hi, say their first name and ask what you'd like to talk about. It's then about what you want to say, how you want to say it and what you feel ok with. And you can chat online by typing in a 1-2-1 chat and send email too - chat and email work from a Childline account you can set up on the website - www.childline.org.uk/get-support/ tells you more.
this song is a big hit
I always found it pointless! Same as smoking. Even as a teen. It’s mainly a peer pressure/social thing. It’s escapism. Acting crazy, dumb, getting into fights, puking, tragic results from driving, addiction, etc. And for me it tastes horrible. Doesn’t do anything for your body. Ages you. I have no idea what its appeal is. 🫠
I agree
What is normal?? Not me! Best regards from the edge of sanity
I have an issue right now but I don’t know if it’s that big to call childine about it but it’s been bugging me tbh
Hi, you can contact Childline about anything at all! Nothing is ever too big or too small. You can call 0800 1111 and you can also chat online and via Childline email - www.childline.org.uk/get-support/. There's also lots of info and advice on our website.

I’ve tried your apps and it is the best
I’m deaf in my right ear but although I’m not fully deaf I would like to sign just in case I know my ABCs and would like to learn more!! ❤
This is so relatable to me...
Everyone is speaking up about their anxiety on here so I figured I would too. I struggle with school anxiety really bad. In 8th grade I left school two weeks before it ended due to my anxiety, freshman year I was only going to school for 4 hours. This year it hasn’t been that bad but now it is. I’m on medication and I have a therapist, I also have multiple people at school I can talk to. For the past few days i’ve been getting up and crying because i’m so scared to go to school. I’m absolutely terrified. I’m still searching for ways to help myself. Thank you for reading :)
You cute 🥺😔
