Bengalis were 54 percent of the pakistani population and for the sake of the unity and patriotism they foregave four percent so the establishment of Pakistan which had been comprised dominantly of west pakistanis should have recognized it and should have given them fifty percent in all central government departments including armed forces similarly 25 percent should have given to Punjab 12.5 percent to Sindh 6 percent to then NWFP 3 percent to Baluchistan and 3.5 percent to Azad Kashmir gilgit and baltistanis!
