Forward Operating Base (FOB) Halo Infinite/Mega Construx Custom Build by Goodwill Hunter
It's been a few years, but I guess I needed the inspiration of a new Halo game to do another big build. Took advantage of being able to closely examine the FOB in Halo Infinite to add lots of small details. All 4 side ramps can be extended or raised and the will fit a Scorpion and Wasp (with the inevitable marine casualties...;) ). Hope you all enjoy the build!

Used a pair of Mega Construx P-51 Mustang sets to custom build a Lockheed P-38 Lightning, one of my favorite aircraft from the WWII era...paired the video with the theme from "The Final Countdown" - an overlooked movie about time travel back to the WWII era...enjoy!

Here is a custom build I made of a new vehicle that will be appearing in the upcoming Xbox One game Halo Wars 2. The Blisterback is a mobile artillery platform used by "The Banished" against the UNSC. I saw it in action in some of the recent Halo Wars 2 Multiplayer Beta gameplay videos, and was inspired to give it a shot...hope you like it!

The unnamed vehicle from Halo Wars 2 shown as an RC toy at Toyfair really caught my eye. The “Tumbler” look of the front wheels, the rear wheel pods, the launcher with magazine, and other little details all had me thinking, “…how would you build that with Mega Bloks?” Here is a short video of my custom build of this vehicle, whatever they end up calling it…

Besides the floor, steps, and the main screen,what pieces did you have you have to add besides what come in the three sets?
My captain's chair as built per instructions doesn't rotate. How did you modify it to do that?
It was either a square swivel plate with the round insert, or a round, 4-stud flat round plate with a center post that a regular 4-stud circular blok can rotate on.
Where did you get the other figures not included in the kits for the missing TOS crew? Did they come on other mega star trek kits?
Yes, from the other Mega Star Trek sets that came out at the same time.
Are the screen section sides from the door section of one of the kits split in two somehow?
Both are from the main door, I used 3 bridge sets to make this custom

You put a smile on this old man's face...what a great comment! Always humbled by people like you who say that what I did for fun so long ago had some sort of impact on their lives. While I am saddened by Mega's decline under the ownership of Mattel, I am still building and living the dream...thanks for asking and making my day!

I would like to contact you… I want to build this FOB for a massive unsc fob vs banished scarab (it’s HUGE) diorama I’m working on… but I would have to make a parts inventory to order and build this. I would give credit when the diorama is finished and posted online.
