amazing how those little hands span the keys she needs! Brilliant!
Thank you. She was very young. I posted the arabesque to contrast how good she has become
This video was so helpful. I have a quick question. One of my photos added a black background when I went to print. Took so much of my ink but I had no idea why it didnt just print the image. Would you happen to know why? Thank you
They have a new version of this software now, but it should work the same. Im not sure which one you have. I assume you are asking why it added a Black Index plate ? In the software you need to specify the number of plates when you create the index seps. There should also be a setting for GCR and UCR which will allow you to switch gray (to a black plate). This may be what you are seeing.
Thank you for writing back. I have the most recent version of Seps. I clicked separate and somehow a black background showed up when I went to print. I did stop the printing because it was taking so much ink. I have no idea why this happened. @@nuggyblake
Great video so by making adjustments in separation studio in the auto adjust that well bring the curve level up so films are darker when printed out great video
Straight to you the point, welldone
Thank you
Thanks my guy
god bless you
AWESOME video! I wish it had sound, & that you'd gone a tad slower. I was able to select the playback options button & slow it down enough that I was able to follow along with you. I believe I'm currently running Cura 4.2.something. IDK yet if it was successful, I'll know as soon as I slice & try printing something.
I am sorry about that. I made this a few years back as a quick video. It will work I promise. I only use cura now to make lithopanes (I moved on the PrusaSlicer and resin slicers). The key is that original gcode comes from Cura. Cura will not import from other slicers very easily. Good luck
@@nuggyblake Unfortunately I was running a newer version of Cura than I thought, & I was unsuccessful recovering. Since I was starting from scratch, I updated to Cura 4.13. I'm in the process tuning in the printer. We'll get er going again!
@@pnwRC. If I can help please dont hesitate. Good luck
@@nuggyblake Thanks! We'll get er dialed in once more. I just make multiple test prints, & keep making slight adjustments. Eventually we'll get there
What a cat prodigy!

Just watched again... So good! Happy New year!
Hey brother, see you soon
Just watched it again... Just crazy good
Cheers buddy
She. Is. Amazing.... Wow!!! Athleticm endurance precision confidence consistency... Basically badassery
cheers brother..... Ill tell her when she wakes up
Thanks for the video, I got confused too when I tried on my own and ended up scratching my new buildtak foil. :) How much is the recommended distance between nozzle and bed for the minimaker? I could not really find any information about this.
I dont own the printer anymore. Been a few years, but to be honest the autolevel takes care of the leveling, so the distance is not relevant as you are not manually leveling it. It was a nice little printer. I made a lot of great prints with it.
This is an extreme thank you! happiness
i am haveing a lot of problems with my bran new palette 2 and canvas hub can you let me know how you got it to print with cura i love cura plz a link or some info well be great there team is not helping with my problems its been 10 days and not 1 good print i never considder it can be a canvas slicer problem
Hey, Im not sure which printer you are using, but assuming it is calibrated properly, I setup Cura using the Mosaic Instructions for the Prusa Mk2/3. You need to setup the 4 extruders in cura for each color. I am printing at 0.3 and 0.2. I create the gcode (NO transition tower) in cura, open this in Chroma and let it output the ,maf file and the new gcode. I quit using the hub as it is too buggy. Canvas is pretty buggy also but is getting better. Ill post a video later this week on the Cura / Chroma setup. I had a lot of canvas issues. It will not allow you to print multiple files (unless you import them one at a time). It crashes etc. Try the Cura/Canvas route it is much easier
Winston Churchill I am useing the ender 3 and cr-10 I think my problem is that the p2 is not meant for a boden printer and the printer tube and the p2 tube makes more tension then the standard extruder can handle it is literally jumpoline the Bowden system to And in all video I see of there team showing it off the p2 that is They all are Direct drive systems of printers so I’m suspecting that it cannot work with the boat and system Boden extruder system
Winston Churchill Also can you give me a link to the instructions to get this thing to work with Kiara please I really love not having to transition out

The CR-10 is close enough to the ender pro
Go go go brother!!!
LOL !!! Hows my bother doing!
When was this? There was no Liverpool gig scheduled in his latest tour, just 3 places as usual, Manchester, Wolverhampton and London.
It was Manc-Chester. I live in the states... My buddy asked me to post...... Im too lazy to fix
What's the name of the track at 11:08 ? Dave's bass kicking in at 12:14 was excellent. The chorus 12:55 isn't half bad either. A lost classic from E&E.
Too old too soon. I think Chris wrote it about me (the drummer, Nigel). Who is is this ?How do you know Dave ?
@@nuggyblake Hey Nigel, thanks for confirming - not sure that was particularly flattering for you at the time then, ha! It's a good track though - I could hear the lyrics better on your other battle of the bands video, but the bass comes through a lot better here. I know Dave from Facebook. I'm Kev Gates, a UK film-maker and a big fan of E&E way back when.
LOL ! Yeah but that was Chris... Did you listen to the other live gig (czcams.com/video/l3mBNiqkQfM/video.html). This is much better quality. I have a bunch of tapes including original demo's, etc and I still have the single we released. I thought we were really good and were getting better, but thats life. If your interested, I will stick the demo's up, I just have not had time. Its a laborious process. What kind of films do you produce ? Very cool ! @@hydrofilms
@@nuggyblake Yes the other live gig is much better quality. Did you win the battle of the bands? ;-) Would love to hear the demos! I did like The Cold, very cool track. As for me, I'm mostly known for horror flicks like The Zombie Diaries and World of the Dead.
The cold was my fav. I got to play some crazy drum. Unfortunately the guys in the band didnt appreciate my keith moon phase. I think we did win BB or we came second the a band called The Lion and the Christian. Ill do what I can and upload the audio. Merry Christmas. BTW, I know the Zombie Diaries .... Awesome. @@hydrofilms
Just haul chime it will shut off I have two saws that I have to do this with but they are husqvarnas
Hello Winston! I'm trying to run a couple commands to my monoprice mini using pronterface on a mac, but, I have NO idea how to identify which USB port to choose - I have it plugged into my mac, and to my monoprice, but, the 'port' window' is blank and I have NO idea how to identify what to type in to get the connection on (so that I can upload a couple commands I still need to). How did you do it?
depends on which OSX version and printer you have. You may need to download a 3rd party USB driver. Have you tried repetier host ? Under ports you should see a usbserial or usbmodem that pops up. www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm This link should help.
thanks. i thought they kicked that feature out
they did, on the most recent version it doesn't work.
@@AimlessMoto too bad
@@AimlessMoto Any Idea which was the last version that still allowed import of Gcode? 3.51 and 3.60 do not.
@@corf8674 Actually 3.8.0 allows gcode and .ini imports. Just not every flavor
4.8
I cannot find this setting in Meshmixer. but your interface looks different. What version are you running?
Latest version
Same issue for me, you don't show where to open it from, it's just there..
It states the version at the top of the window ? It is the latest version.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH YOU HELP MY TERMINAL HELP! I did at least three hours that I tried and I did not come back and it is thanks to your video that his took two minutes
FELIZ !!! CHEERS BUDDY
Cheers buddy !!
MERCI BEAUCOUP MEC TU MA TERRIBLEMENT AIDER!
Holding your phone the wrong way...
really !!!
when using cura, does the printer do the 9 point bed leveling?
Yes, its in the starter code
What other printers do u have
Prusa i3, Monoprice i3 plus/ mini/ Xyz minimaker, Xyz pro/ Prisa i3 clone
noizly bed Z
no, pretty normal for the prusa during its calibration. Ive had three and they all do this during calibration procedure, but not during print
have you notice a change with new bearing mk2s?
The mounting is better. No zip ties obviously. Very smooth movement. The belt test is very good. My only issue is that some of the parts had to be bored out. Ill be swapping out for the quad extruder when possible. The machine is very quiet, but has the usual "jerk" sounds.
