Ingredients
1Meat kofta: 250 grams
2 Colored pepper: a cup (sweet / chopped)
3 Mushrooms: half a cup (chopped)
5 Hot water: a quarter cup
6 Onions: 1 piece (sliced)
7 Carrots: 1 piece (sliced)
8 Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
9 Pomegranate molasses: a tablespoon
10 Salt: a teaspoon
11 Mixed spices: a pinch
12 Parsley: a tablespoon (chopped/for garnish)
How to prepare.
1 Make equal sized balls of
kofta meat.
2 Heat the oil in a pot over
medium heat, then add
the kofta balls and stir
for about 5 minutes.
3 Add the onion slices and
stir until wilted, then add
the sweet peppers,
mushrooms, and carrots.
4 Season with salt and mixed
spices and stir a little.
5 Add hot water, stir the mixture,
and leave it on the fire
for about 10 minutes.
6 Add the pomegranate molasses,
and leave the pot on the heat
for an additional 5 minutes.
7 Pour the meatballs with
pomegranate molasses into
a serving dish, garnish with
chopped parsley, then serve them hot.
