Baxter was very brave and didn't seem to flinch once at the exploiting fireworks. He didn't know what was happening, but he went with you to protect and keep you safe. Baxter was a loyal friend to you and loved you more than anyone else in the world. You were his world and gave him a wonderful life. Thank goodness for video. I wish I could have filmed my Sparky. She was a mixed little black lab. I still dream about Sparky, and it feels so real. I really miss the bond and love of the best companion one can have on earth, a loyal dog. Happy Independence Day 2024, Ron. We are blessed to have had loyal dogs in our lives. One day, I'm going to adopt a new baby pup. My eldest son always wanted a beagle. He has a little dog named Rocky. Rocky is my granddog. Maybe he would like an uncle. If I adopt a baby beagle, I would name him Snoopy.❤
