Very wise words about how you sleep. I'm 57 & was always a tummy sleeper. I have vertical line going down from under my mouth to chin where my face smooshed into the pillow. Now I sleep on my back but too late for the wrinkle. Loccitane face creams are beautiful but precious is my fave.
