Einfach Kata machen dafür sind die da Mai Geri In Bewegung und Abwechslung ich mach pro Training also jeden Tag 80 mal Kata Die Haian Katas .Jion Basaidai jitte Empi Kanku sho Kanku dai basai sho Hangetzu sochin nishoshiho maykio goshoshiosho alles vier mal das sind knapp 80 kann man ja ausrechnen wie viel mai Geris das sind jede Menge alle in Bewegung sehr genial die Katas und man trainiert den CHI Fluss Grüße

Well this conversation of imagine a ball/sphere in front of the body which flow better the moves sounds what we all know as QI CHI QIGONG CHIKUNG which is from CHINA but clearly here is to be used in karate body mechanics
