I hope DMCI continues with low-rise developements like this. The high rise building projects are not that nice. Sobrang crowded.
Ang swerte ng mga taga-Hacana. Nasa kanila lahat ng amenities.. Although in terms of privacy, baka magulo. Dahil the residents of the other 4 towers dun lahat pupunta at makikigamit ng amenities.
One of DMCI’s better projects. Less crowded. Low density. And the open spaces & amenities are vast compared to other projects.
How I wish DMCI maintained this kind of midrise development for all projects within Acacia Estates. Now it’s a mix of mid rise & high rise. Naging greedy na masyado si DMCI kaya naging overcrowded & super traffic na ang Acacia. Bago ka makalabas ng Acacia, almost 30 mins na agad!m pag rush hour! It’s unacceptable. Anyway, love the Spanish-Filipino theme of this project.

Hi Ma'am, turn over is usually within 1 month from the full settlement of the balance. Depending on when you purchased, your full balance will be due either Aug or Sept 2024. Once fully paid, the turn over team will send you an email re the turn over process and fees.
