Hi there, the option to export it is greyed. Any reason why I am unable to export it? I used the word doc from OneDrive, which opened up a blank doc on my Chrome browser

I did this and it worked perfect. I sent out a little over 100 emails. But I want to point out, make sure you’re signed into WORD with the same outlook email you want to use. While it worked, it went out of my personal inbox because my word was not signed in to my work email.
