Watched this many times and it never fails to deliver. Seldom Scene is at the top of the pyramid and just delivers on so many levels. Thank you SS. Just got this on my YT feed for the first time in a long time and loved it.

I can't believe I was lucky enough to be there for this. So glad someone taped it, put it on CZcams. Otherwise it'd be lost to time.

I was there in 1985 and the setup and backdrop look the same. Paragliders just before sunset, whole slate of amazing acts. Rowan went on to emcee the monster jam session after the scheduled acts, that went on through the night until the sun came up. As he said goodbye, he barely had any voice left. Good times, missing so many great musicians now.

The more i listen to Tony Rice albums from California autumn to Manzanita to river suite for two guitars, the more i’m telling me that Tony Rice was a virtuoso , his awesomeness on every aspects on playing guitar is just perfect, since i discovered him it’s a delight to watch these videos of him and discovering his albums
