Before The NBA: Kyrie Irving College Highlights (2010-2011)
Before his dominance in the NBA, Kyrie showed flashes of his greatness during his time at Duke University. Irving averaged an impressive 17.5 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.4 rebounds per game. His shooting percentages were equally remarkable, with a field goal percentage of 53.2% and a three-point shooting percentage of 46.2%. He would be named the ACC Rookie of the Year and earned a spot on the All-ACC First Team. He would help Duke reach the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament. Although his college career was hindered by injury, the skill he displayed throughout that season earned him getting picked #1 in the 2011 NBA draft.
