I began uploading videos to this channel in June of 2012, featuring music and preaching from the Cleveland Baptist Church in Brooklyn, Ohio, as I was a member of that church at the time. I've been a member of BBT in Euclid since November of 2017, and songs and sermons from BBT, CBC, and the Southwest Baptist Church of Oklahoma City ( a ministry I appreciate much) are what you will find on this channel.

Many churches sing song that have too many lyrics that are redundant, and repitious. It's boring, and unedifying. It doesn't build me up. The hymns on the other hand, are deep in biblical truth. It's not good that churches are no longer singing them.

When I was teaching myself to play the piano, for some reason this was one of the very first songs I ever did play. This i first heard this song sung in the sixties by the back to the Bible quartet, it has stayed on my heart ever since. "He forgave me of my sins" praise God!
