Sir , Thank you for this My husband’s case is quite unusual. He applied the first time and he was told that the visa was refused because he used a micro finance bank instead of a commercial bank . The second time he replied and the application was rejected and the email read that he was banned for misrepresentation during the first application which he will have to wait for 5 years . But this is actually not true cause he was not banned ! How do we do this .

Hi Donovan thanks for the video, but I have a question that needs clarification. I immigrated to Canada as a skilled worker with an LMIA job offer and I have worked for over a year now. I have received a community recommendation under the RNIP program but I do not have an ECA due to the fact that my Diploma was from an unknown institution. I understand applying for a PR under the CEC doesn’t require any education but I have been nominated for PR under the RNIP as well. Would it be an issue applying for a PR under the RNIP without an ECA or should I go for the CEC that doesn’t required an ECA?

Thank you for sharing this info. My husband's PR card expired when he was outside of Canada and he is entering by driving through Seattle border. IRCC has emailed him for a PR renewal appointment in last week of June but we are worried about what kind of documentation he can show at the border to re-enter.
