Thanks for making this video. I’m basically the same age as you because I’ll be officially 30 years old in a few weeks, and I’ve been living with my parents for four years. The cost of living in the US is getting crazy so it makes sense. Also, things are not as cheap as they were 10 to 20 years ago. I’m also cheap as well, and I don’t like spending too much money.

Nice review, looks like an apartment. I guess you have to request the cookware and dish ware because the hotel thinks they will go missing, only in Vegas. Never had that issue at other places I’ve been to.

I would go crazy if I had as complicated of finances as you man. I’m simplistic. 2 CCs 1 EF 1 Fun account fund 1 Checking Account 2 401ks (I have two jobs) 1 IRA 1 HSA and 1 Taxable brokerage account. I just don’t see the benefit of all the transfers. I’m glad you are a flight attendant because travel would be through the roof if you weren’t. I also am not a fan of hiring employees in a business that hasn’t been profitable. And I’ve never seen a successful part time business owner. I’m glad your loans are going down. I wish you the best though frfr. And I’m glad your mom’s parent plus loan is down to 4 figures.

My twin and I are 30 and live with our parents. We are so grateful cause we'd probably be living on the street. Rent is so high these days and it seems impossible. I honestly like contributing to the house and 4 incomes is better than 2 in my opinion. I even started to grow food for all of us. I think its a win win cause they'll always have us to take care and watch out for them.

honestly, i believe keeping the family together is the answer to generational wealth. if the families combine and live together, purchasing power is much higher. you converse with one another like a small community on all things that help the family move up and forward. it never made sense to me why people would leave the security of family to start completely over, sure i get that you want space but come on. converse as a family buy a much bigger home or land or both and rent out the place you formally lived in split the wealth for the future. the unity it provides, the wealth of knowledge that can be shared amongst the different generations. everyone is there for each other. think about those old world native american communities or wherever around the world. idk why this isnt a more common thing. you get more advantages with a unit.
