Never saw the crust
Hit the nail on the head brother the crust is the most important part. The best way to eat steak is as rare as possible as long as you get that nice sear imo

Recently went to Texas roadhouse and ordered a ribeye steak (which I order everytime I go there). Food comes out and it's clearly a sirloin. I ask waiter if the steak is a ribeye and both the waiter and manager was certain it was a ribeye. This steak had zero fat was tough and no flavor. I said I get the ribeye everytime and it never looks like this. Luckily the manager was willing to bring a new steak, and what ya know! It was a ribeye! I think they refused to admit their mistake and just brought me the correct one. Anyways, I got the delicious ribeye I was paying for.
Try not letting it rest. It tastes better. Also turn down your fire and cook veggies first then let let the butter melt on low. Low enough so it doesnt break. It will make a nice butter sauce.

With Sous Vide, the vacuum seal can smash it down. the string helps prevent this. Also, it presents better taller.

Yall are stupid! Pretty explanatory. One chunk of cooked meat is prime rib. Then you slice u piece of onto your plate after its cooked. Rib eye is that same chunk of meat but raw and uncooked, that is then sliced onto the grill to be cooked

As long as the sous vide maintains temp, and theres space between the bags for the water, it should be the same. The heater will just have to work harder to maintain temp.
GrillMates microwave grill and compound butter 6 min preheat 4mins side 1, then 3 mins side 2 Perfect tender medium steak. NOT APRIL FOOL'S - real results
