I'm impressed of how fast you can empty your breast. My output is every slow, I can get about 3-4 onces total (both breasts combined) on a good pumping session but that takes me 30-40 min and sometimes I feel I'm still no empty but its hard to squeeze in even more time. Do you know any tips to try to empty faster? I try to press/massage around while pumping but I barely see any difference.

I loved it when I was in India because it was easy to cover as most women did in church. Even praying in a home the pastor's wife would just grab a dish towel and throw it on her head to pray if she didn't have anything else. It's harder in the US because I don't like drawing attention to myself. Question, what do u do when you're out and about and u pray for someone say in Target unexpectedly, or praying in your car, etc. Do you not worry about it or do you still try to cover? Thx!

I asked God 3 times if He wants me to cover my head. Every single time His answer was - NO.

Very informative, thank you. When I first started reading the Bible for the very first time some years ago I started reading the NIV because the employee at Barnes and noble said it would be the easiest to understand. After about a year of reading the NIV I decided to buy a KJV because I would hear good things about it. At first I had a hard time understanding it but I didn’t give up and kept reading it and now it’s the version I best understand and I find it hard to read any other version but the KJV. In my opinion it has so much flavor and is a super enjoyable read. Again, thanks for the information. God bless you!

Good for you! Isn't it extraordinary the lengths some will go to wriggle out of the plain understanding of this text? Also mind blowing how strongly some are determined to argue against it. Why? This is not a salvation issue. What happened to baring patiently with one another and not being contentious? Opposition and confusion always comes from the enemy, not the Lord. That old devil is always popping up with the old "hath God really said?" arguments. Considering women only stopped covering their heads because of feminism which is of the devil it makes me wonder why he is so determined to stop lady's from returning to this custom.

For anyone wondering, the only reason I wake up to go to the gym this early is because it’s the only opportunity I have to workout during the day, since my husband is able to stay home with our toddler during that time. I come back and sleep for another 3-4 hours because my body is so tired with this pregnancy that the extra sleep is needed! Also, my toddler thankfully sleeps in until 10:30-11:00 a.m. most days❤️

I’m 20, turning 21 in December. After a long few years struggling with dating I met the man for me. The road to finding him was paved with uncertainty and it felt hopeless at times but I’m glad I kept the faith. Being with him has ignited new and foreign feelings in me.. yearnings for a family especially. I’ve always been committed minded and would like to marry young but the idea of being a mother is only starting to grow on me more recently. I’ve been through abusive relationships so I suppose it’s a blessing in disguise that part of me was dormant for a while. None of those people would have made safe or suitable parents.. and that’s still the bare minimum. Now with him everything feels so safe. I feel so cherished, so embraced, so at ease. He has brought peace to my heart. I often daydream about what the future holds for us. For two people that speak of having kids in future terms.. as in six or seven years from now, we talk about our mini me’s a lot. I feel like I’m healing, well and truly. It’s frightening for me to be truly, honestly loved because I haven’t been before. I kept waiting for the pin to drop but it never did. Crazy and amazing how someone can transform your life. Sometimes I feel like I’m behind.. that other people are more progressive and advanced than me. That I’m too traditional in ways. Just remembering that we all have our own path to walk in this life.. and what’s written for us is what we’ll live out our days doing. In His perfect timing, not ours ❤
