Absolutely. Even with some Sony cameras, sometimes not even shooting in LOG gets some excellent and better colors, the downside is the reduction in dynamic range. You can consider trying out Davinci Resolve. It’s tools with give you the gentle changes you are looking for with the tint. Compared to Lumetri in premiere pro

Hmm. I haven’t used the ZV-E10 personally but my advice would be to try and get your hands on both cameras if possible and shoot with them and then decide. The ZV-e10 is newer, so the colors might be better. Also it’s definitely better for vlogging style shoots if that’s what you will be using it for. But for image quality alone, I think you will get good images from both, it’s about the other features that are important for your type of work that should now guide your decision

Hi. So sorry for the late response. Been busy with work. Hmm. Putting aside the filmmakers bias away from Nikon, Sony tend to have more features that cater for video more than Nikon. I haven’t used any Nikon personally for shooting video so I can’t say much for it. But it still comes down to personal preference and which ones serve your needs more. When deciding on cameras to buy, I list out the features I need from the camera and then find out the options that fit my budget range

Also think about lenses too. If you have access to some good Nikon lenses already, then you should consider gravitating towards it. And if you collaborate often with other people, consider getting the one that would complement their own cameras

Oh my! I don’t want to imagine that 😹😹 iPad display! And it has a green tint too, so it’s useless for judging colors

@@LukeAireFilms It's perfect, best steadicam practice cam I've come across. I run mine with an additional weight plate on the bottom which gets the total payload weight around 41lbs. Display colors don't really matter, you're watching playback to overly criticize your framing and horizon lol.

You can consider the A6400 or A6600 as well, the price should have dropped as well. They have better colors - STRAIGHT OUT OF CAMERA, compared to the A6300

Hmm. I haven't used it personally but the kit lens 16-50mm I think, is still a good place to start. If you have some extra money, I would recommed the Sigma 30mm f1.4

Hmm, I haven't used the 35mm, rather the Sigma 30mm I definitely use the 30mm a lot more, and if you already have a 35mm, maybe it might be better to go with another focal length instead of 50mm because the difference in field of view won't be so much. Right now I have a 16mm, 30mm and 50mm

Hmm, that's weird. Have you checked to make sure you are using the updated firmware for the camera? Also what exactly happens when you try to import the footage? is there an error message?

And pay more attention to those who reside in your state or location, so that when they make audition calls, you"ll be able to attend
