great shots although this is 2 years old im thinking about getting the g9 as used prices have dropped does the adapter allow auto focus many thanks
I am still using G9 currently for wild life. The 3rd party adaptor can work with G9 but not to all Canon and Nikon lens. You have to check the adaptor which supports which camera and lens. Not all can support. This adaptor can do autofocus with Cannon 100-400 II and G9, however, the camera will sudden stop function and needs to reset. I heard G9 II is better which has new autofocus system.

what is your take on Arsenal 2 now? is it better than modern camera modes? I just started learning photography. Do I need this?
U do not need it it is not freat usefull for vary few things save ur money get a good lense that will make all the diffrence
The night assist function is good for night time autofocus which save my time doing manual focus at night. Timelapse function is good time. The rest are so so
save money to buy mirrorless camera instead of buying Arsenal 2,

I seen just a single flicker. Is this an issue with the Arsenal? Debating if I should get it still.
Arsenal 2 timelaspe has no deflicker function. The video you watched that was edit in Lightroom and deflicker already. The single flash was from a spot light behind camera.
What parameters did you use? How many shots? Frequency of shots? Aperture sitting and ISO? I've been unsuccessful so far with time lapse for sunrise. It used some crazy big ISO and then brought it down..Looked awful.. I would like to try milkyway with My Nikon Z6ii, 20mm F1.8 lens.
Are you using Arsenal for sunrise timelapse? This timelapse I took 3xx shoots at ISO around 5000, F4 and 20s before sunrise. When taking sunrise timelapse, the ISO has to keep changing from like ISO5000 to ISO100 first, then change shutter speed, the last is aperture.

Waste of money. The Arsenal 2 app recognizes both the Arsenal 2 and my camera but refuses to connect via wifi or Bluetooth. This is on both Android and iPhone. Arsenal Support Team has been working for the past three weeks to resolve the connectivity issue without success. I have therefore requested a refund.
Sorry to hear that. It sounds like software issue. So far Arsenal 2 is working fine with me especially the night focus mode which helps me focus stars at night. Flickering is the main issue of Arsenal timelapse mode. Arsenal team should find a way to improve it.
