It's never just one burger or a slice of pizza; it's the entire pizza or my burger plus leftovers. This pattern has persisted for months. Whenever I hit 230 pounds, I lock in, but I haven't been able to go lower for some reason. One day, I aspire to join the army; I'm graduating high school on June 7th. I've been taking Adderall for some time, but I quit cold turkey three days ago, which hasn't helped my eating habits. However, I refuse to give up. I've come to understand that it's not about how many times you fall but how many times you rise again. I'm posting this comment for accountability from now on. I hope it contributes to my fitness journey. I'll keep you all updated. Thank you for the motivation.
