Julius is the type of runner you need to wrap up or put in a good shoulder. He has too much power in those trunks and balance for anything else to do much more than slow him down for a half sec. Easier said than done though as he has speed, a step, a stiff-arm and soft kick on him to make sure you don't get that solid tackle in. Natal is pronounced Nah+tall, without elongating the words. Just sayin, y'know? Even then, it's not completely correct, but this is the best I can do to express how the word actually sounds more or less. To pronounce Garsfontein, you got "fontein" right, but you have to rasp up the "G" in "Gars".

1 thing of track that will always stick with me. You faster on the front foot. Lift your knees keep you head up eyes in front. As a 100m and 200m track athlete, long jump and Relay athlete that helped me so much specially in netball. Always ask where are you the fastest in the air or on the ground. Always on the ground. I never ran with spike only long jump I did with spikes for the grip. Plaster around the front foot and I was gone. Home runners same thing in relay. Eye on the price get you stick and peddle to the metal

England rugby fans may or may not remember Alex Gray. He played England under 20, was captain, then England 7's and several premiership club teams. He spent 3 years in the NFL for Atlanta Falcons - 2017 to 2019 but was only on their practice squad - never made it further - returned to England to play rugby again for a while but the covid pandemic struck and he stopped playing. He now features on the TV programme Gladiators as Apollo.

He was never great in defense so I don't expect much, and tbh he was great when he had a max of 2 players against him in open play
