@@KingKoral absolutely correct. I tend to think that by the time you've run out of food you've probably set up your own farms, but the daycare building certainly gives you a leg up in that regard.

Would love to see him do it. I imagine if he did though it would be on vintagebeefs server I used to play on (which is dead atm waiting for upgrades). It was really fun to make, definitely going to make more of these!

Thanks. The rillaboom name seemed so perfect that I had to use it (after listening to so many of their podcasts). Shame it was female, so I just chose to ignore that! Yeah, feel you on being broke. Building in Pixelmon is expensive. Wish we could get proper farms going like cobblemon does!

No, unfortunately the only way that really works is using the create mod. Maybe using some tnt duping and timing may work, but I'd have to properly work that out which may be a little beyond me

@@emperorscoff Yeah I'm used to way more automation in the technical modpacks I've been playing, but no we're sadly playing with only pixelmon and essentials so I'm missing a bit of the automation aspect.. still having a really great time though!

Did you install the pokenova mod pack on curseforge? I'm currently on holiday in France, so no PC and spotty internet, so my next suggestion would be to head to the pokenova discord and they'll happily be able to help

@@JermaLover you need the file for 1.16.5. it defaults to the latest version. If you're using curseforge then going into the profile, and hit the 3 dots (I think it is, doing this from mobile as not at PC). There should be an option of "add more content". Then I. Search find sophisticated backpacks and install that, it should auto select the right version. Or download the one for 1.16.5 then move that file into your mods folder. Also, make sure it's the forge version (I'm not sure if they have a fabric version but if they do it won't work)

@@PixelPatience very early on, somewhere with a pokemon healer assuming you're not using /warp heal After that, anywhere that either spawns the pokemon you like or that you fancy building. The wiki can tell you which pokemon spawn where.

Thank you! I use the mod pack, just with the additions I mentioned (sophisticated backpacks, way stones, etc).

My next video is on hunting and catching pokemon, including good ones, so 100% on that I can certainly do bosses and breeding after that!

@@emperorscoff yeah, cause im playing in a pixelmon server and just like everyone else, I wanna get ahead of other people. But I'm not really familiar with how everything works and stuff so yeh

@@TheoryMain get to ultra space, use quick balls to try catch some level 100 mons, use them to do the 5 star raids, get the rare candies and exp gems from those raids to give to the mons you actually care about. If they offer things like keys for voting, vote every day to try get better gear. EV training, IVs and nature's are all key if you want pvp

The recipe is from sophisticated backpacks, and the version is 1.16.5 as 1.20 is too buggy ATM. I covered this in the first episode so didn't think to cover it here. I should have thought that not everyone would discover videos in order though, I'll include that info in each video going forward!

You don't, you put a photo of a pokemon on your head. Find a camera (and film) in a village and use that to take a photo. When done, put the photo in the armour slot for the head.

I am an old man. I'm on the fence - compared to the old (super old) version I find this to be fun, but the looks of it all, and the ease of loot, seem off. I'd go for cobblemon, but it's lacking so many systems compared to Pixelmon (due to how new it is) that I'm holding off for now. As I say, Pixelmon is still great fun.

I think there was only 48 hours between showing it and the time-lapse. Shows how quickly you're progressing it!

I've been playing too much on a java server where I worry about lag for me to be comfortable doing that...probably a more sensible answer though!

Post Viral Chronic Fatigue syndrome. Essentially long covid for viruses that aren't covid. Means I'm shattered a lot, making late night recording sessions hard, and struggling to find time for comments, etc.
