Fun fact about this plane that you flew on, it suffered a nose gear collapse while at the gate back in '06, suffered some serious damage but was repaired and put back into service.
On time , 12 hours from Changi to Frankfurt Am main.
Zum Glück war dieser deutsche Busfahrer hell genug in der Birne um die Kiste abzufangen.
Was war denn da außergewöhnlich? Das war eine stinknormale Durchschnittslandung. Er hat den Adler locker, lässig, sanft auf die Landebahn gesetzt. Kann das sein, dass du null Ahnung von dem hast, was du hier von dir gibst?
Interesting that the inboard slats retract upon landing / landing gear weight triggered spoiler deployment, but the outermost remains deployed... perhaps they would get damaged by the reverse thrust efflux?
Frankfurt airport.... some mad taxi distances... I flew out of there back to LHR the once; we were taxi-ing for so long I though the crew had been told to taxi all the way to the gate...... at LHR.

Using a 747 is a bit overkill for this kind of flight length but hey, i wouldn't complain.
They also use the 747-400 from FRA to Mallorca 😅 its about an Hour flight time! For longer flights Lufthansa use the 747-800

Flaps seemed to be set too far for take off,normally for take off they're set at flaps 15.
On the 747 its flaps 10 or 20. This is a short flight so flaps 10 were used.
