The way you tell it's ai generated based on how bad the lyrics are. I dunno. Don't trust any ai write lyrics for you dude. These are all terrible. And the prompting style you're using is more than lazy. You're better off in custom mode, where you can control the style, even enter in chord progression. You want to use the 3.5 model, but the voices are still a little tinny, and the whole thing's gonna need proper mastering. There's only so much any performance can do to fix terrible, contrived, cliche lyrics... unless that's what you like. The problem in your outlook, is that you're forgetting the second law of creative AI: The AI is not an author, it's a tool. If you try to use it as an author, you will fail at it... it will be bad. And you will know it's bad... unless you have no taste. I do like the way musicians think through this problem though, even when they disagree with me. The thing is, with tools like stable audio, and new sound to music tools by udio, suno, and the new suite from google that's coming out, the difference between ai and "human" is indistinguishable. If you think it's possible, even now, to generate a workable album in ten minutes... you're welcome to to try. My last one took me four months to write and produce. The simple fact of creative accessibility isn't the problem. The problem is high volumes of low quality art in the marketplace, which hurts everyone. Good luck.

Do you know of any vst libraries for two instruments, the morin khuur and kobyz? I think people in the virtual instruments scene on youtube are missing out by not making proper libraries for these glorious instruments. Oud kind of has decent libraries you can find for it but I can't find any comprehensive ones for morin khuur and kobyz.

You're right on everything you said and to be honest, things haven't changed so much over time. The only thing that really changed is the social media factor. But it's been always about DJing a lot to get somewhere in the industry when you're starting off. I realized about this too late as well (I've been into this as a hobby and semi profesional thing for 15 years)and to be honest, I always liked more to be in the studio (deadmau5 is my kind of role model). However I only disagree with you in one point: being just a DJ won't make you big, unless you're really, really good. And by really good I mean someone that is a turntablist or a great live act like Fred again, for example(and John is not that great tbf). Yes, maybe it will get you to a lot of people and you'll do some neat networking, but if you're not a good producer (and I mean a good one, don't need to be a prodigy) you won't get into the bigger leagues.

Biggest complaint about being a FL user is every course is in Ableton. If your someone who likes tech house, techno or any relevant genre you will have to constantly google alternatives for certain parts of the course. Took the tech house course from PML and a few others on sonic academy and my projects just dont sound right 😂 took the edm prod course for fl and everything just works

im trying to make a cover song of 'King For A Day' by green day - and i believe it has sliding trombone, trumpet, and perhaps saxaphone and cant find a free plugin that does all 3 with the slide / swell mechanic (if anyone listens to the first 10 seconds of the song by green day , thats the only part that repeats with horns essentially.

What about the big difference in accounting when it comes to a monetized view from a CZcams video with an artist music in it verses the actual number of views showing on the CZcams video? For example, Distrokid will show that a song ID content is monetizing only 1 view but when one goes that that actual video, it will have hundreds or thousands of views. Isn't this low reporting another way of cheating independent artists as well?
