I smoked cigarettes for 30 odd years. Both my parents were smokers and also in the end fell victim to smoking related diseases. COPD & Cancer. I quit cigarettes 9 years ago, with the help of snus. However, i was done with Nicotine as i also am a diabetic. Nicotine and Diabetes do not mix. Nicotine does nothing for you. Other than makes you addicted until it cripples and kills you. Is Snus and Vaping and Nic gum and whatever they can think of safer than smoking? Of course it is. But Nicotine still constricts your blood vessels and arteries causing plaque to build up to heart attacks and strokes. As well as it is main contributor to type two diabetes as well. As the Nicotine inhibits blood cells from absorbing insulin. But its your choice as an adult. Good luck.

The safety net of Sweden is also good for business: more people take the risk to start their own businesses, despite the high rate of startup faillures, because they know that if they fail they will be taken care of, they will not just die in the street. This results in a tremendous amount of enterprising and startups.

You are actually able to negotiate for car prices in sweden if you are just smart about it. I have many times been offered a lower price just by saying that i don't think i am going to be able to afford it. This has happened even when i have asked for prices on repair jobs or certain installations to the car. You are definately able to negotiate for car prices in sweden

Göteborg and Malmö is more like continental large cities whereas Stockholm is like a large Swedish small town at its worst. There is really no reason why people in Stockholm should have to be in such a rush, they are just acting like they’re like New York or London. But as they themselves know that they are not they got such low esteem and therefore has to mock the rest of the swedes. The Stockholm accent make one sound really anti intellectual and kind of stupid. It doesn’t sound posh in my ear. Just naive and stupid.

There are several factors that contribute to why it can be difficult for Swedish people to connect with others emotionally and understand their emotions. One reason is the cultural norms and values that are deeply ingrained in Swedish society. Swedes are known for being reserved and private, which can make it challenging for them to open up and form deep emotional connections with others. This can also make it difficult for them to understand and empathize with others' emotions, as they may not have the same level of emotional expression. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on individualism in Swedish culture. This means that Swedes value their personal space and autonomy, and may not prioritize emotional connections with others. They are also taught to be self-sufficient and independent from a young age, which can lead to a lack of emotional dependence on others. Furthermore, the Swedish concept of 'lagom' - meaning 'just the right amount' - can also contribute to difficulties in connecting with others emotionally. Swedes are taught to be moderate in their emotions and avoid extremes, which can make it challenging to express and understand intense emotions like heartbreak. Instead, they may view someone who is heartbroken as 'mad' or overly emotional, which can lead to a lack of empathy and understanding. This stereotype of Swedes as reserved and emotionally detached can also lead to the belief that they are selfish and soulless. However, it is important to note that this is a cultural norm and not a reflection of individual personalities. Swedes may simply have a different way of expressing and understanding emotions, but that does not make them any less capable of forming deep and meaningful connections with others. For those who do find themselves in relationships or friendships with Swedish individuals, it is important to be mindful of these cultural norms and values. It is important to respect their need for personal space and not take their reserved nature as a sign of disinterest. It can also be helpful to directly communicate your emotions and provide context for why you may be feeling a certain way, as this can help Swedes understand and empathize with your emotions. If you are concerned about protecting yourself from potential emotional difficulties in relationships with Swedish individuals, it is important to set boundaries and communicate your needs clearly. This can help ensure that both parties are on the same page and can avoid misunderstandings or hurt feelings. In conclusion, while it may be challenging for Swedish people to connect with others emotionally and understand their emotions, it is not impossible. By being aware of the cultural norms and values, communicating openly and effectively, and setting boundaries, it is possible to form meaningful and fulfilling relationships with Swedish individuals.
