how long should i wait before canceling my hoobuy order. It’s been about 12 days and it’s still on process pending

Please don't expect a fast or trouble free experience. Set your expectations very low. In my experience they take so long to process about 50% of items will be already sold. They don't think to order the same item from same seller they just refund. If you order again you will have several weeks delay. When packaged the 1st time they tried to charge almost 3 times the estimated cost. So I had to cancel. Thankfully the 2nd time was more realistic but this meant 2 more weeks delay. Then when I got the order there was a missing item. Overall so far not great. It is not that I would not use is just that realistically they are just flinging most of your order into boxes as fast as they can. There is currently a lot of mistakes and stuff getting lost. You literally can not speak to anyone. So, recommend both being very patient and not being too concerned when one or two items gets lost.

I seriously recommend waiting before using hoobuy. It might be a scam. I have now been waiting close to 2 months since ordering. They don't respond to any communication. At best you will wait a very long time at best you will get nothing.
