Full Body Camping Workout
This is a quick, simple, full body workout I performed a few times while on a recent family camping trip. It doesn't take a lot of time or equipment to get in a solid workout in almost any environment.
4 Rounds of 15 to 20 repetitions:
Inverted Rows
Pushups
Single Arm Band Pulldowns
Single Arm Band Overhead Press
Lunge variation
Core / Abs exercise

I have swollen ankles. I think this exercise would be a real help. Its caused by the pooling of fluid & its recommended that you raise the legs so the fluid goes back to the heart. I would love to give this a go. Thank you for this video. Mags ☺️

Thanks! It's a 150 gallon oval Rubbermaid tub I purchased at Princess Auto. Others have purchased at Country Store. It's usually between $100 and $200. I believe it's for agricultural use, ie: animal feed and water.
