Hi great video, could you tell me what mirrors do you suggest and what ones are you using in your video. I've just started out and they strap on.

You have left out quite a few bits in the setup process- not as easy as this clip seems to imply!! Better useful instructions would also help !

What you fail to say is that in rapid charge mode the 75kwh battery takes less than an hour to charge. This ibformation is vital.

Why on earth would someone think it was a good idea to shoot an information video in monochrome. I couldn't concentrate on anything because I was waiting all the time for the video return to colour and then I could get a better idea and a feel of what the motorhome was realistically like. Please don't film any other videos in monochrome, it's for information not to win an award for being 'arty'

A nice article, but you missed mentioning the following advantages of a woollen blanket Warm, breathable, shrugs off dirt, long lasting, good for the planet using natural resources, bio degradable after many years use and importantly gives sheep's fleece the true value it deserves. Let's use more natural fibres 😄🐑

It's still towing though. Nowadays people are sleeping in the car and using a tailgate tent for the extra space. Take a look at at the dometic air tents they are great.

Get with the times Camping and Caravanning Club. This is safer than having appliances in a campervan or motorhome. " All conversions should be permanent in nature." No point in reviewing it really.

It’s always interesting when reviewers talk about mpg on a plug in hybrid. Mpg is indicative of what it’s going to cost to run the car and the electricity cost needs to be factored in as well. So whether you pay £10 in petrol, or £5 in petrol and £5 in electricity, either way, your journey has cost you a tenner !

What’s the deal with not being able to have a towbar fitted unless towbar prep done at the factory? Almost rules it out as a contender for me.

Our experience of towing with Audi A4 avant (Deisel) 2.0l was very twitchy stability above 55mph. Moved on to VW Tiguan and discovered perfect stability.

To avoid direction of turn confusion hold the wheel at the bottom with one hand and turn that in the direction you want the back of the caravan to go. But, as has been said below, putting a kink in the link between van and car while still driving forward means you set up for the reverse before it starts and you don't need to bother. As long as there's room that is.

No one imports and sells a £26k model. Any 530 Eriba now worth having is over £34k. We are happy with our 530 model and prefer it over and above the new versions, which have the tacky chrome trimmings.

What would have been great is if, on the hybrid version of the Jogger, Dacia had implemented a camping mode. In this mode, only ventilation, air conditioning and heating would remain on. In camping mode, the daytime running lights would be switched off, and both screens turned off. When the battery became too low, the internal combustion engine would start for a few minutes to charge the 1.2 kWh battery to 100%, then stop until the battery fell below 50%. An app on the smartphone, connected via Bluetooth to the Jogger, would make it possible to: 1) launch camping mode, 2) set temperature and air flow, 3) open and close the windows, 4) start and stop air conditioning, 5) display the 1.2kWh battery charge level and the vehicle's outside and inside temperature, 6) exit camping mode.

I'd love to know if the tailgate on the VW would hit the Caravan brake lever, jockey wheel handle, or Aframe etc, really difficult one to work out without taking the caravan to the dealership before purchase, pretty good with a tape measure ...looks close but doable and glad the Swift has a sloped front window thats sure.

63K, your're 'aving a laugh, you can buy a VW T6.1 diesel DSG for that.

The body will delaminate and you will have damp problems within 2 years. You will have problem after problem with Elddis, the dealer will wash their hands of your problems and the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. They will say this and that is not covered for xy&z reasons. The build quality is shoddy. I'm a previous Elddis owner and I wouldn't touch one with a barge pole. Spend your money on another brand of caravan or motorhome.

Nice review but the middle row rear seat legspace of this and the Citroen/Toyota competitor is truly woefull compared to say a grand picasso. Try driving with a child seat behind you in that. In the picasso there's at least 10cm more space in the middle row
