We are large Interstate dealer, sell several hundred batteries each month. You guys promote EFB, and we desperately need a group 35 EFB primarily for newer Subarus with start stop. This is our #1 need for EFB's. (We stock 47/48's already.) The MTX-35-EFB is in the Interstate catalogue, but our distributor can't order it. Can marketing get with supply chain and actually make it available? We have the same issue with MTX-H4 for BMW's, Bolts, and more but can't get them and buy them elsewhere.

Would it be standard to charge a " new " battery before installing . As I have had a Duralast Platinum AGM battery in my 2020 Toyoa Camry. One day tried to start , no sound . Used a battery jumper Gooloo and got it started and car had no issues . Yet , a few days ago decided to remove spark plug to check condition . Disconnected spark coil , didn't try to remove spark plug and reconnected wiring and car won't start now . Showing all kinds of funky messages on screen .

My punch label has like 6 different holes punched out, and the codes on the battery come back with nothing. One said it was a battery from 2013. The cars a 2017 and it's a replacement battery, so that's clearly wrong

What has the wold come to when people think I need instructions on how to change a battery. Take old battery out, put new battery in. Done.

GMC MABUEL SAYS USE AGM SETTING TO PREVENT VOLTAGE FROM EXCEEDING 14.8 VOLTS BUT CHARGER HAS GONE UP TO 15.3-.5 VOLTS. CHARGER AT 100% BUT DIES NOT SAY FULL CHARGED.

I am an employee at Helena Montana Interstate Battery I have a question not related to the topic did like the knowledge put forth question I have is instead of utilizing Saran wrap for batteries that go into the steel at our various locations water boat cinch straps and tarping them so it's all reusable Annette a bunch of Saran Wrap going to the dumpster when it comes time to rotate or take down out of the steel to stock

I have a big jump box.

I'd still prefer the AGM battery over the standard battery.

These are the best batteries on the road. I've been using Interstate Batteries since 1988. Had to call AAA for battery service an I was so happy to see it was an Interstate battery the guy was installing! 5 STARS!
