    Hi Jenna, finished the challenge. It was awesome. I am the better for it. I didn't do any body measurements, but my clothes are looser. Lol. I will have a go at it again. I did it with one of my high school friends. Even though we were in different timezones we encouraged each other to the end. We even nicknamed you "Aunty Jenna" Thank you for putting this up.     how long times does it take for the skin to adapt to body changes? i lost a lot of weight. went from 169 kilograms too 65. now all i have is a lot of loose skin that i'm not sure what to do with.

      Belly fat? You can’t target any particular area to burn fat no matter what exercise you do. This will burn calories and if you’re in a caloric deficit (consuming less calories than you burn daily) you will lose fat over your body as a whole, but not specifically on your belly only. To tone your abdomen, yes this will help tighten and build a strong core.

      2-3 times per week is good with other forms of exercise. I highly recommend resistance training with some dumbbells to help with this toon

      No one should expect to see or feel results after 5 days of working out. If you cannot feel your muscles working, then it’s likely you’re not performing the exercises with the correct technique.
