Town planners have to re visit some of the structures in the CBS more especially those along freedom and cha cha roads, to pave way for new structures which will modern parkingspace/slots to add beauty to our town .This can be done only there is commitment and vision ,just come up with a policy to to tell the building owners to rebuild their properties or structures. You should guide them or give them the design of how the structure should look like,please consider this idea.
