hey i have this kit. When using it with the extension, the microphone hits left and right. Therefore, you should always keep it straight. But if you attach the extension to the back, this problem disappears. Also, passing the dead cat is a complete torture. Why did we buy this?

We try to move lights while still running if we can. 2 head feeders is standard and helps this. The connector on the lamp end looks tweaked. We generally dont run the lamp with the connectors in that clasp. Thats just for when the light is being moved around or stored.

If you are crafty you can run a 2.5K on household power without a tie-in or a dedicated 220v receptacle.

I want to do this with my 4’ Four bank (non Tegra, like yours). Where do I start? Do the bulbs just drop right in?

Did you figure it out of fix it - im trying to use it with a Canon C70 and I adjusted the screw for hours and the cam still drops - sorry but this product sucks - we purchased 2 and both units do the same - way below the announced weight limmit as well - I will not recommend this to anyone - look at some of the other options out there

Red great video info...I don't know if you monitor this video still, but I usually use an F100 smoke machine...considering a fogger when you turned it on and it started to haze it pushed out some good smoke (haze) obviously not like an F100 but i am working with a sports team with a small area for intro's...is it enough to fill a "tunnel"..size of your room or light smoke or can it be thicker? I have a big par can behind it...will there be enough smoke with this unit or will I see the operators behind it? Thanks

SIR, very good video, but I need to correct you, fog machines produce air born clouds or plumes of smoke, the way to make fog from a conventional machine lie low, as you were describing, is to use a fog chiller, or something like the LSG to considerably cool the fog.
