I Geetanjali really love to cook and very much enjoy my time in kitchen. For me cooking and recipes is a way to express my inner feelings. When I share them with the chef, the cook, the foodie in you, I hope you take them as your own and when you try them you, your friends & family really enjoy them.
I love our most traditional recipes they are like our family hierloom but as modern 21st century women I also admire and make some awesome modern recipes that can be served as breakfast, main course, snacks, soups, desserts and many more.

500 gm chicken legs/thighs
1/4th cup curd
1tsp cream cheese
2 tsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 th tsp garam masala
3 inch ginger
10-12 garlic cloves
3-4 green chillis
7-10 red kashmiri dry chillis
salt as per taste
2 tsp lemon juice
