    My Alexa pure is stuck with the “silent” light dimmed but not lit. Can’t turn power on but can cycle through the hour modes … pressed reset button too a few times while Unplugged

    i bought some filters on Amazon that said they work for alexapure breeze and they fit perfectly but its still not working , the light isn't flashing but the second light is just on and i cleaned the thing on the side also. im trying to find out if its the Amazon filters that say they are compatible but aren't or if there is something else wrong with the machine?

    Hey there we’ve only had our purebreeze for a week and I turn it off during cooler days and now it says replace the filler

    I have two Alexpure Breeze air filters that both stop working. The power light and the indicator light both blink rapidly, and will not turn on. Tried cleaning the air-quality sensor, replaced the air filters and hit the reset button. Nothing worked.

      sucks they don't seem to care cause there's no reply to anyone's comments and a lot of broken pos machines

    Is it normal that my Alexa hasn't ever blinked to change the filter even though I've had it for at least two years?

    I recently replaced both filters, and my Alexapure Breeze worked great for 2 days. Now, the indicator light FLASHES RED repeatedly, and the unit shuts down. What do I do? 🤷🏻‍♂️

    My blue 2 light is on solid. I've done everything to fix. Brand new filters and all.

    Along the lines of PY's comment: I saw the pre-filter leaning forward and a plastic bag through the air inlet - seemed odd but figured the manual would say if something was to be removed. NO MENTION OF ANY PACKAGING IN THE MANUAL! Removed the frt panel, pre-f was loose and bag around carbon filter! VERY POOR MANUAL! All products from lawn mowers to household appliances tell you what hard or soft plastics to remove before use. Let's hope the product is better than the manual.

      I did; that's why I didn't turn it on. ...doesn't change the fact that they imply it's ready to go.

      There's supposed to be an extra sheet "read this first!" thing which explains that.

    Make sure to first look at all interior filters before turning on! Included carbon filter may ship still in plastic packaging. It is important to make sure all inner filters are not still in packaging. The air flow will be very low and the unit is slightly louder if it is blocked by filter packaging.
