I have to say, this is one of the best videos by James and Ryan. This is what sets you two apart, not the numbers, but the discussions on thinking, behavior, philosophy, psychology and blunt honesty. For anyone watching this and reading this comment, do not stray from this channel. James and Ryan are the real deal.

Really good questions from your listeners. On #3 questions, my only caveat would be finding out actually how far away from 59 1/2 the guy is currently. Your answers in this session were so good James. Great job educating the masses. ✅👌👍

"Am I too old to start?" is a great question that comes up, so I'm glad you addressed it. I've worked with both a 75 year old and a 73 year old, and there are definitely solutions, especially if they have children and grandchildren to take out policies on. What do you typically do when you have a client older than 70?

Why would anyone want to pay off their mortgage early? All you have is a frozen asset that you have to beg a bank for a HELOC or have a market crash that wipes out your equity. Consumer debt is another matter. The aggressive use of IBC to eliminate that definitely makes sense.

Thanks so much for the encouragement to read Nelson's books. I am going through (again for the umpteenth time) Becoming Your Own Banker, Building Your Warehouse of Wealth, the Case for IBC, and How Privatized Banking Really Works. It's amazing how my understanding of the concept continues to grow with each reading. It's also amazing how many threads, FB groups, etc. claiming to be about Infinite Banking Concept encourage ideas that are completely anti-Nelson Nash. Ryan had some well controlled passion today with some really good takes. Please bare with me on this thought: While I get you have mentioned a number of times that Nelson said he would not put the illustrations in the book, and you add that you see confusion with them in there for a person to potentially get confused; I have found that they helped clarify Nelson’s message and they are referenced so often, and by going back to them, it cleared up a lot of questions I had personally. So, I have seen it be a mixed bag from clients, but it takes a good advisor to clarify the why and what is being represented by those illustrations. Just my two-cents and likely worth as much. 😉. You guys are often very thought provoking with your conversations……..Thanks for that. 👍

No one else is talking about the importance of paying substantial premium from your free cash flow. This is so important! To everyone else it's all about premium finance or just transferring stacks of money around, then taking that policy loan immediately. All the other small base, 10/90 nonsense flows down from there. If you aren't changing your behavior, are you really becoming your own banker?? Great episode, thank you gentlemen.

Once again awesome content, thank you so much for sharing your story and having this conversation. I also had negative experiences with the IUL, MLM (probably same company) and also had the retirement seminar experience where I was not allowed to attend because I was too young. I also started my IBC journey under capitalized and over leveraged (in debt) and practicing IBC the correct way has been the exact thing that has made it possible to overcome all of these obstacles. Thank you once again for spreading this awesome message 🙌

James made a really good point…….educating yourself so you can, “IDENTIFY THE NOISE”. When you follow that route, it leads to a true understanding about what’s going on out there. And lo and behold, there’s a solution you can actually implement in your own personal life.
