Good point! I wasn't able to parry her (or most of other bosses in the game) reliably, and missing hits were too painful, so I end up cheesing.

Yeah, it's very annoying boss. I tried to beat it "normally", but as you say parry is very unreliable and the boss just kills me. I end up "cheating" it here as you may notice: I'm attacking with a long range weapon from below: I'm constantly moving a little downward, so that his attacks will be above me, but mine attacks hit him.

@@drankFoD Yes 😔 I end up maxing out Bombs and Mines accessories and basically cheesed all the hard bosses by fighting them from a distance. I read that you can adjust accessibility settings to enable auto-parry or to have more time to react to attacks, but I haven't tried that.

Is there any hints that he's fine from the game or developers? His loss seemed unnecessary and unexpected in the game.

@@bob-plays Yes, I certainty enjoyed playing game. I suspected that Kah-Kon is not dead yet. He is still alive and then has succeeded in capturing the Professor again. I seriously think the Professor won't tell them about their mother. She promised their father would protect their kids. We hope they'll create Young Souls 2.

I don't think 6-star weapon should be related. Have you talked with Lundgren in Goblin Market? For me, after I defeated Yarlanda in three other mausoleums, while I was in Molten Lands, Lungren opened the last mausoleum when I talked with him: czcams.com/video/35toOmmjq7I/video.html (the video has chapters with timestamps in the description, you can see all other steps I did before that).

@@bob-plays yeah I’ve done all the other mausoleum and spoke to the blacksmith guy and he won’t open the last one

@@bob-plays I've done all 3 fights and spoke with the guy but it's not triggering the last one in the market. I sold the yarlanda weapons, was thinking maybe that's why it bugged?

@@Warstevo someone messages me on Xbox saying they had to start a new save and every time they did 1 statue go back and talk to blacksmith and rinse and repeat he said he tried everything he had todo a new save :(

AFAIK you can't restart the game with the gear you earned in the previous walkthrough, so no really way to do NG+.

You can use them to upgrade accessories (Grappling hook, Mine, etc) at Sylvester's shop in Goblin Market: czcams.com/video/GFWe6TFUKbQ/video.html

Maybe :) When I was playing the game I saw only two or three other folks were casting it more than for the first hour [1], [2], but I haven't seen well prepared playlists with a complete walkthrough. Yeah, there is definitely room for improvement for the game developers, hopefully they will fix the game over time. Out of my 10 playthrough sessions of roughly one hour long each, last four sessions ended with game crashes. But I also haven't lost any progress, so not that big deal.

@@bob-plays I definitely noticed it happened more frequently the further into the game I got. But yeah, hopefully the devs are able to update it and fix the issue. Still a great game regardless.

Yeah. I saved the game, loaded from the save and it restarted at the boss fight.
