It is crazy that you could pick up analogue gear for next to nothing back then. I picked up a lot of my gear back then for fook all, some proper nice bits of kit. For example I pad £800 for my Jupiter 8, £400 for my Linn drum, £500 for an Oberhiem OBX etc etc. And all the digital stuff at the time was really pricey Alex is right - Roland W30 was a couple of grand for example. Crazy times
