If the root canal went out of the tooth into the sinus, is it possible for a piece of the instrument to be left behind after the tooth is extracted?

What is the current status on adult necrotic teeth with multiple roots? If the person has good overall oral health , can it work? I saw APEC TUMS webinar evaluating MRI evidence showing positive results for supportive tissue growing inside the canal. Please share updates. Very excited

can we seal perforation site with bioceramic sealer ?

Overfilling will have problem in recovery and can have persistent pain level of 1 to 4 for few months due to minor inflammation and difficult to detect with x-Ray, dentist has wrong understanding and wrong learning and only prescript with pain killer. The right treatment for overfilling is to eat anti-inflammation supplement than just simple pain killer.

Hello doctor, what I think its the body's defense mechanism to the infection is to deposit more minerals, so has to block the infection to enter pulp cavity. Why can't we leave sclerosed dentin as it is and do surgical management of periapical lesion, later if patient had any symptom we can go with root canal. Do correct if I'm wrong, and why I am. Thank you

I’m really scared now, I had a root canal on my front tooth on Monday and developed severe pain in the tooth when biting down. I’ve gone back to my regular dentist who seen a bit of an overfill on the x ray. She filed down the tooth to take the pressure off but said if the pain doesn’t subside in a few days surgery will be needed. Will this cause permanent damage? Is this a dental emergency? What do I do?

Preparing till 20 number hand k file before using rotary files will also increase the number of cases one set of rotary files will be able to prepare.

Never force any instrument into the canal, use files in correct sequence and recapitulate time to time, you wont face a ledge Or transportation of canal, my personal tip use the hand file first till apex of same tip diameter as your planned Master apical rotary file😊
