was eating with some friends when all of a sudden the fire alarm went off, so i started recording. not sure what the models of the bells are, but you can hear a couple 10 inch bells and a 6 inch bell here. thanks for watching!
12/14 port 50hz Siren Synth ATTACK (British General Electric siren)

This is a synth "replicating" (i say replicating because it's not spot on) a BGE 12/14 port siren. As usual, it's running a 1 minute long attack signal, and as usual, I made this in audacity. Enjoy!

Decided it's about time to make a 7/10 port siren synth, given they're one of the most menacing sounding and rare types of Tornado/Air raid sirens out there. I've also made it so this one sounds in attack, for added scariness. Enjoy!

overheard one of the maintenance people saying their panel malfunctioned and does this often, although four firetrucks still arrived before realizing it was a false alarm

i do indeed own a wheelock AS, a high output strobe version to be exact. the cheap wire terminals are ruined though

All of em are on fwr. that specific one stopped sounding at the end but it's not super clear in the video

This is a Gents siren. Articles from the city and factory say it was a siren brought over to Canada from England in the 1920s. Quite an interesting place for one of those to end up...
i saw that. others have told me it was false so i assumed the people who wrote the article had just lied about it, very interesting. i guess i'll be changing the title (again lol)
