flutes do you think this or march of woman marines is harder
COMPANY HALT!
I used to play this song when I was in middle school, as a alto sax. Great hearing it again!!!!!
Been 12 years. Still 🔥
I love how the drums are the beat of the song but also the stack exhaust of the locomotive. Love it!
“This is fun hell” -Scott the Woz
R.I.P the 9th grade Clarinet 3 Measure 1 - 183 or something
Bach understood that Christ is sweet death!
1:52 this part reminds me of the toby maguire spiderman movie soundtrack
4:07 this is the best part hands down
I play xylophone on this. A lot of fun!
we played this my 8th grade year in our schools wind ensemble for our eoty concert and oh my god, i was so excited. Its definitely one of my fsv pieces ever!
I’m playing this song in my local concert band and I think it sounds very nice, but the part I’m playing isn’t the easiest thing to play, which is saying a lot considering I play the tuba.
SAMEEEEEEEEEEEE junior high
I will never forget how many times I practiced the part at 107. For context I'm the only Bass Cl in my schools Varsity band, so Its gotta be good
I just played this at my concert. I had a solo:)
This reminds me of Thomas and friends
The first piece I got to play on piano for my high-school in my senior year. My director gave it to me like a week before I had to perform it tho lol. Beautiful piece tho
This guy loves polymeters
The percusion really sounds like an actual train
I am a student from O'Neill School and i play Band equus is One of our favorite songs
I'm playing side instrument in percussion
I had to play snare in the song. It's honestly not as bad as it sounds.
Uh I’m playing this on Tuesday and for next year in seventh
Everyone is talking abt doing this is HS and college, I’m in middle school and will be performing this with Creed, Rythms and Riffs, and Avenger March this month.
0:53 bro this part is so freaking good
It DOES
We’re playing the great STEAM BOAT RACE in our band I heard that was the “drunk” version of this song now listing to both I can confirm 😅
I’m playing the glockenspiel part on a set of orchestra bells made for my grandfather over 110 years ago. Deep feels every time we play it.
i’m in 8th grade, and this is one of the songs i have to play for our end of year concert that’s next week. btw, i got the snare drum part R.I.P. This piece sounds super cool but i absolutely HATE playing it 🪦🪦😞
I play the Horn and the first solo is the hardest
Time-stamp: 3:21
My band is gonna be doing this soon and im on tuba🐐
Ok whats the music in the last video? I gotta hear the full thing
It is just the opening to the song, idk why. It doesn't really fit 😂
I’m mad… we pretty much had to scrap this piece because 75% of my band can’t count or even play their part
Trombone is fun
I play the clarinet, and when I literally looked at the piece for 1 second, I knew this isn't going to be easy. It was easy when I played it though 😅
bro during the shhh's and haaa's the whole band is trying so hard not to laugh and its always so bad everytime
Why do you literally never here the clarinets 😢
EUPHONIUM PART OMG
Bro that trombone part from 3:22 to 3:30 is insane
love this song but playing it on timpani with no gauges hurts me so much 😭😭😭
played this song at state during a very pivotal point in my life-this video makes me violently sob without fail every time ✌🏻
Intermediate band
I have the solo clarinet 1 baby 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Same 🎉
ppl think this song is the hardest on clarinet until they try and play it on flute or trumpet😭
Played this at my concert as the snare, and boy it is tricky at first! But after everyone figured it out, it sounded awesome!
Played snare on this had so much fun
W tuba
My school's band is doing this right now and 3:21 to 3:33 is my favorite and least favorite part at the same time. The low brass melody sounds really nice and the overlap of the differing parts is interesting, but on the other hand, I'm a flute and those 8th note runs are really fast with no room to breathe in between!
3:21 oh my lord i love it so much
Aaa I got this randomly recommended to me and now I wanna play that mallet part! It sounds so cool!
I played this in perc
