In Nursing practice is an interesting career, more experience is gained with time and a lot in terms of aptitude remains an individual responsibility. But the riskiest of all patients are children mostly bellow 5 years and expectant mothers. But as one advances to BscN now other than the repeat of the curriculum, students tend to be skewed towards critical thinking, this is internalizing aptitude, which basically involves assessing a patient in view to the emerging risk factors. For the case of Linet, that reception when you went to the clinic with reports of a stolen clinic booklet was very necessary. Availability of correct records is instrumental in making appropriate decisions for determining the next step of action. Remember in health practice human bodies are the subjects; hence a significant accuracy level is expected if not then wrong diagnosis is expected and subsequent treatment.
