i didn’t know cocoa bombs had gluten
My niece has found that gluten can be added into anything. We have learned to check labels very carefully. Every ingredient in our bombs passed muster. This day was mainly about spending time in the kitchen with the Littles creating something that can be enjoyed by all present.

I filled pint jars with cubed raw chicken and added water and 1/2 tsp salt. I used an old fashioned pressure canner to process them. They are still in the canner and the pressure is coming down. I will try to post a pic of the completed jars in the comments in a little bit.
The greens taste disgusting. I am having my first drink of greens now. I don’t know if I can get it down. Had the fibre yesterday and didn’t like the taste much either. I am too scared to put them together.
Awww. I hate you can’t get it down. I truly don’t mind it. I need to drink it more often though. Especially on those days I don’t get enough veggies in.

Your hair is BEAUTIFUL!! I probably should have got the wavy. I have the same length as you but I got curly for more definition. But I think volume is better. Thank you for your video! God bless!

@@briannaprieto3043 it has been awhile but I remember volume being a problem and the curl definition was a whole lot different.
