Cho mình hỏi nếu thiếu cos to đánh tiếp địa ôm 3 pha thì có ảnh hưởng gì đến đầu cáp ko ạ
Hi Long, giáp của cáp bằng kim loại, nên sẽ bị nhiễm điện áp cảm ứng lên nó, bắt buộc phải kẹp tiếp địa vào giáp để làm điện áp của nó đồng bộ với điện áp trên màn chắn đồng của cáp. Không có lò xo đai thép lớn để ép dây tiếp địa vào giáp thì phải dùng băng keo điện PVC bó thật chặt để đảm bảo tiếp xúc điện thật tốt với lớp giáp này.
Có dạy làm đầu cáp ko ạ? Em đang cần học.

hi friends, I thank you for the video I get a lot from it. I have faced a problem in my 132kV underground cable stringing project, the cable size is 1000mm2 and the contractor proposes to use welding to connect the bare conductors. Do you think this is a good option to use welding instead crimping,

I think you need to clarify more your context about crimping: is it related to my video or in your case only ? To connect between conductor cores, crimping is the standard method. Welding would depend on jointer skill to make a good joint, but it is applied for connecting the metallic screen & earthing connection mostly.
@@VienDuHoang it is related to my project, it is 132kv project, the cable size is 1000mm2, the contractor has proposed to use welding to connect the core conductors.
@@dagnachewtsega2746 I see, the welding technique to joint the core conductors is not a common method. I personally saw it in a video done by Chinese jointer, but for MV. They use gun powder to trigger the heat and melt the copper. After that, they need a lot of time to abrade to make it smooth. Since I don't have test data for the joint made by welding method, so I don't know if it is good enough for the joint comparing to crimping. But it takes a lot of time, skill and effort to make the welding joint. Finally it's up to field installation history proven, jointer skill, cost and test to decide which method to be used.

It is Alrock tool. They are famous brand and very expensive or you can choose the alternative in China. China they can produce similar tool with lower price for entry level, but if you want to enter and live this business, better choose Alrock.

I'm guessing that the heating step is to ensure that the core is completely dry before installing the termination.
It might be one of the reasons, but the main reason is to make the cable straight and even, before installation.
we want to training 132 kv joint and termination how is this possible I have done by 33 kv last
Hi Admad, the skill set required for HV is actually higher than for MV, even at 33kV, and it also requires you to have big investment into professional tools. Depends on HV cable accessories manufacturers, some will request you to know how to use glass to remove semi-con layers and shaping the semi-con edge, or just using tool. Then, you'll need to now how to do sanding, to smooth XLPE surface. You need to contact your 3M local representatives to set up a training like this.
