4 corns on the cob (fresh), 1 pk andouille sausage, 1/2 small onion, 1/2 green bell pepper, 2 toes garlic, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 can rotel diced tomatoes (original), parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (Spanish), avocado oil, chicken broth, butter, 1 lb rice. Enjoy!

Did you soak them beans first?
@elaineesparsen8215 No I didn’t. I never soak my beans. I rinse them well then I cook them on low and slow stirring often for about 2 1/2 hours. I hope you enjoy! 😊
