It just disables my ps4 controller and doesn't work at all, has anyone found a way around it yet or nah?

use ds4 which is a controller support app it seems like disabling steam support in properties disables controller in game, no idea why that is but ds4 will take over giving support instead.

Still doesnt work bud. I did the first part, reloaded the game and it shows Xbox. When its enabled, I can use my PS4 controller, it just shows an Xbox controller on BF2042s controller config page. When i disable, it does the same, but my inputs are jacked. HELP

One day I was able to plug my PS5 controller into my pc and use it for Battlefield 2042. I had to reinstall WIN10 and now the app only shows an Xbox controller. Any thoughts? I see a lot of fixes for Steam, but I am not using Steam as I bought the game from EA so I am in the EA/Origin app. Thanks.
