about to buy one, what happened to yours that you don't like?
Gee. she really looks as if she needs a "Disability" scooter. How about some video showing how the rain parts of the canopy can be removed. Driving around for a couple of seasons in our blazing sun will kill that plastic very quickly if it's only meant to be pushed back as this woman does. How do we remove and refit it in less than 2 minutes as the advertising promises? Finally, is the plastic part available as a replacement when the old one degrades? Thank you for your help.

Four-wheeled scooters are cool and offer more stability and traction outdoors (which may benefit large riders). But three-wheeled scooters turn much tighter which is a huge benefit indoors. Plus, three-wheeled scooters are less complicated, lighter and cheaper to buy and maintain. Edit: three-wheeled scooters offer much more leg room which might benefit people with knee/ankle issues.
How good are these on very steep hills?
Based on the owner's manual (it can be found online as a PDF), this model is rated to climb a 10 degree slope.
What kind of light bulb is the headlight so I know which one to buy to replace my burnt out ones?

@@tamaraharcus9124 Hi Tamara. You can contact your local Invacare Dealer to purchase the Head Light Bulb (12V/15W) part #1527474! It can be replaced by you if you are handy with repairs, otherwise, get a technician to install. I hope this helps!

I am getting the pride raptor from them. It was such an easy process and an amazing staff. Call them, email them, sit back and relax, then answer the doorbell when it arrives. It was that simple.

is there a way to make the led display dimmer IE brightness control?
Yes you can adjust the backlight on the LCD display! Start by pressing the Setting mode key (the button with the picture of 2 gears). Press the Settings button until you land on the "LCD Backlight" settings page. Then you can adjust the backlight intensity by Pressing the direction buttons (Left arrow) or (Right arrow). @@scootercountry3622 Thank you. I have a canopy with plexiglass windshield and at night, the display puts a massive glare on it. So much that I'm basically blind unless I stick my head out the side to drive. The display at lowest illumination setting I'm hoping will rectify this issue.
