👍👍 I've been around some really good Pilots recently 🏆 they've taught me things such as 1. Memorize the track the 1st pack 2. Throttle into Gates 3. Keep it smooth not jerky 4. Do all the 0.5% improvements to your quad .... Among other things. I'm out for blood at woodstopia

What up. I'm actually out of town all this week, but back next week. I don't do much long range but if you want to race let me know. I think Saturday August 17th we will have an open race to do the summer GQ

@@bentprops_ Dang I stopped racing last year and moved to long range. I will be in utah for a while, at least till april next year.

@RockyMountainFPV you should for sure come to a race. All the same guys that race do long range. They meet up once a month. Look us up on the multi-gp website Utah drone racing association

@@RedskyFPV yeah that would shave some grams, but I love practicing with this low power to weight ratio. Keeping the quad level. I feel like it's made me a better pilot on larger quads already

Haha I would love a new tune. This default tune is dookie at SLC altitude. I have sensed the master multiplier by 2/10 and that helped a lot, but I'm down to try whatever

Honestly, the gates don't actually matter. As long as they are standard size, it's all the same. They only sell the fabric print, you have to do the PVC on your own. Just make sure you get 3 d printed folding joints so you can fold them up and throw them in the back of your car or truck without having to disassemble everything

@@bentprops_ good tip. Would you recommend making your own gates then? I was going to use vapor barrier (on houses) if I didn’t buy ones like these.

@@RWds24 for real it just depends on your goal. If you want to have official multi GP, then yeah you got to get something like this. However, there is lots of other good options. I've used pop-up soccer goals, flags, and of course just natural objects wherever I'm flying. If you are serious about I recommend two or three official size gates. I have the full set but I only ever use two or 3
