I want to learn how to make all sizes of this.. i want to be that guy that can make gadgets like this to impress my friends and prepare for survival situations.
My biggest gripe with the dpad is how it sinks if you press it at the middle for no reason, no dpad from Nintendo ever done that, I'm looking for a mod that helps with that too, but in the meantime this one will also help
Very nice video, it will help me on my projects of fixing old videogames. In a next video, would be nice to cover how to remove old components properly to add new ones, like in a recap.
это называется птица - кобчик?
That's a nice little project. Note that the electronic equipment will receive a step up voltage from 5v to the desired voltage. For instance, if you connect one of those to the power supply, initially it will supply 5v and then, after some time it will negotiate the new value and step up. So your electronics on the breadboard may ser 5v first for some time, and then the higher
how do you learn what all of the components do so you can start making your own circuits, i understand prebuild pcb's but how would you start making your own ideas, looks all fairly alien
جميل جدا .
that's the way I do it.

Interactive teaching promotes better learning, Thanks!
I get the data in the terminal but my matrix is always bright red on all the leds, not a single change..
What microcontroller are you using? And what PIN number for the data?
@@HackMakeMod wemos d1 mini, DIN - D7, CS - D8, CLK - D5. I receive the api data in the terminal but the led screen is always full on. I tried some examples of the library of the led screen using arduino uno and all of the examples are working using 10, 11, 13 on the uno
Are you using our walkthrough?… hackmakemod.com/blogs/projects/diy-kit-guide-building-your-own-subscription-clock You can contact me through the website and I can help you figure it out.
@@HackMakeMod yes, I used all the steps, I have used the website also to generate the code, I have replaced the details, I got the info in the terminal but the led panel is always full bright. Also I am using only 1 module (4 panels, not 8 as in your example). Any ideas how to fix it?

where do you get Threm ?
Very interesting thank you so much Great job Lakhdar from Algeria
Celcius 👌
I'm here 2 years past your post date but this has been very helpful. I can't say I have soldered a lot, over the (Many) years and, with your video, I have learned I have been doing a couple of thing wrong. It's never too late to learn. Thank you. 😁✌🖖
Its not Soder its Solder. You don't say i better call Sod when its Sol. So you pronounce it Sol der not Soder the L isn't silent..
Thanks dweeb
Usually there are two capacitors in an astable multivibrator.
SOL-DER the L is NOT silent! Good video well researched.Speaking as a retired electronics engineer, I would like to see an anti static strap when handling PCB’s
Way more voltage if you plug a fork into the wall🤣
They raised the price to $70 on Amazon
Amazing video ! Thanks for your tips and tricks, it helps me a lot sir
Whoa 😳
I've used these for RC cars with lost remotes :)
That's a Class E chopper or 4 quadrant chopper
You are one of 4 channels that I find myself consistently returning to. I, truthfully, understand very little but you give me the motivation to continue my education. I can’t wait for your next full length video!!
Can I use the L298 motor controller to control multiple motors simultaneously?
Yes you can! The version in this video can control two motors simultaneously there are other versions that will allow you to do four at a time. Great question!

Wow... Been looking for something like this... I wanted to build a horn that can blast friendly tones to warn pedestrians like duck sound or meows etc
Could that be used to automatically control a cpu/gpu fan? If it gets hotter it runs faster
Yes!
Best tutorial 🔥🔥
If you are using a µC anyways, why not use a digital temperature sensor?
I usually just hook my breadboards up to my john deere with jumper cables. Perfect everytime for all voltages because i vary the output with my throttle cable. Lol
Please teach people how to use things and stop removing and deny them use of these dangerous goods, yes they are dangerous, yes they are bad for your health, if it hasn't phased you yet there is a safe way to handle dangerous goods and objects.
And this isn't for you guys who posted the video, this goes out to any potential lawmakers and people who actually have the power of control over these things.
Did they go over temperature? i may have missed that part.
very nice
Great, I have been searching for this.. glad I found you
This is called over engineering 😂you should have asked one of the students to help. But then again this video wouldn’t exist
I want to hook that up to a wing on a car for a turn signal.
I've watched a bunch of stuff and this is by far the best tutorial. Thank you.
The conical tip heats the same. The "problem" is that it doesn't have enough surface to easily touch both the pad and the leg of your component, at the same time, to obtain a good solder joint. Still, it can be used with ease!
what camera do you use for your closeup work? my microscope doesn't go high enough for my pcb holder to fit underneath
Thank you very much!
solder the bottom of the circuit board
Celsius is much better. And easier to understand.
Best video I've seen for beginners. Thanks!
does it covert to the annoying 120 frame rate. or keeps original
Your explanation is expert level but my question is their a school i can go to where I can learn how to do this "hands on" in the U.S., preferably not the West Coast?
Degrees Frankenstein is and always has been utter nonsense contrived and used by fools
