North Carolina is kind of in the transition zone. It is not a southern state but it is in the south. South Carolina would have been the better of the Carolinas to go with but still not a good choice. I would have said Florida and if that was a repeat then went with Georgia, Alabama, or Mississippi.

I believe delicatessens are owned and operated by Jewish people so they don’t have ham. But two people who answered the survey didn’t know that fact.
